At a recent investment banking meeting on October 17^th 2012 The Phoenician Investment Fund was visited by the assistant director of Sponsors for Educational Opportunity, Luisa Ewing.

April 20, 2011 - Spring 2011 FIU College of Business Student Leadership Group (SLG) Awards Banquet

The Phoenician Investment Fund received a prestigious award at the first annual SLG awards banquet. PIF takes great pride in receiving this award because it was received in the same semester that PIF was created. In such a short amount of time, the Phoenician Investment Fund has already accomplished so much!

April 8, 2011 - Spring 2011 Presentations

The Phoenician Investment Fund conducts several presentations over the course of one semester. Entry Level members who are undergoing an intense training program are required to present their assignments in front of the Senior Level members and the Executive Board in exchange for intense yet constructive criticism and a chance to be promoted to Junior Level. In addition, Senior Level members conduct  their own comprehensive research presentations and discuss their findings as a means to assist the organization in creating an executive portfolio.
